Frequently Asked Questions
-
As much as we love your little ones, this fairytale is mostly for grown-ups! Unless your child is specifically named on your invitation, please enjoy a well-deserved parents' night out.
-
We love a good love story, but we're not accepting any surprise characters! If your invitation includes a plus-one, you're welcome to bring them. Otherwise, we've reserved a seat just for you!
-
Formal attire! Think enchanted garden party meets Renaissance romance. Tuxes, gowns, suits, and cocktail dresses are all welcome. We love rich colors, florals, and a little drama. Basically, dress like you're attending a royal celebration, not overthrowing the kingdom. See “The Day” page for inspo!

We promise we hired professionals to get the good angles. Please keep your phones tucked away during the ceremony and enjoy the moment with us. Once the reception starts, feel free to become our personal paparazzi!
-
Your presence is already a gift, but if you'd like to spoil us a little, you can find our registry right here on the website.
-
Our ceremony will be outdoors, and our reception will be indoors. Mother Nature has been invited, but we're hoping she behaves.
-
Please arrive 20–30 minutes before the ceremony begins. Late arrivals will have to wait until cocktail hour to join us. We love a dramatic entrance, but we'd prefer to leave that one to the bride!
-
Good news for our gluten-free friends! Our entire wedding menu will be gluten-free. If you have any other dietary restrictions or allergies, please let us know when you RSVP. We want everyone to enjoy dinner without an unexpected plot twist!
-
We'll assume you're declining, and your seat will be given to someone who knows how to click a button. Kidding! (Mostly.)

Duh! The bride does social media for a living. Did you really think there wouldn't be one? Please use #MeantToBean when posting your photos so we can see all the fun (and questionable dance moves) we might have missed!
